Our FacilityBuilt in Thiruvarur,
raised on your site

Our fabrication facility in Thiruvarur and Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, produces the primary and secondary steel for every building we deliver.

Keeping fabrication in-house is not about cost. It is about control — over sequence, over tolerance, and over what happens when a drawing changes at week six. Members leave the shop cut, punched, welded, cleaned, painted and marked for their exact position in the frame, so erection is assembly rather than improvisation.

What we make
in-house

Built-up tapered columns and rafters from high-tensile plate, with submerged-arc and CO2 welded connections. Z and C purlins cold-formed from 100 mm to 300 mm depth in thicknesses from 1.6 mm to 3.0 mm.

Roof and wall sheeting, flashings and gutters are roll-formed to the profile and length the job needs — including on site, where transport length would otherwise force a lap.

QualityChecked at every
stage, not at the end

Material test certificates on incoming steel, dimensional checks at fit-up, weld inspection before paint, and a final check against the erection drawing before despatch.

Every member is marked and logged, so what arrives at site matches what the drawing says should arrive at site.
