Senela Pre Engineered Buildings was formed to bring pre-engineered building capability into the Senela International Ventures group. The company is young. The engineering judgment behind it is not.

Our leadership brings over three decades of experience in engineering and enterprise — across pre-engineered building manufacture, oil and gas projects and agro-value product manufacturing — with work delivered for clients across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, and on projects in the UAE and China.

our Managing Director

When I began working in this industry, a manufacturer who needed a new factory expected to lose the better part of a year to it. Foundations, then columns, then curing, then waiting. The building was never the point — the business inside it was — and yet the building set the pace for everything.

Pre-engineered construction changed that, and I have spent most of my working life on that change. The technology has improved a great deal. The thing that determines whether a project goes well has not: whether one team takes responsibility for the whole building, or whether responsibility is divided until nobody holds it. That is why Senela Pre Engineered Buildings is built the way it is. We do not work from a catalogue — every building is designed for its own site, its own loads, and the way the client actually intends to use it.
