Senela Pre Engineered Buildings designs, manufactures and erects pre-engineered steel buildings — factories, warehouses, cold storage and infrastructure — for clients across India and the Gulf.
We are part of Senela International Ventures, which operates in engineering, oil and gas, EPC contracting and building materials supply. That group backing means a Senela building is delivered by one accountable team rather than assembled from a chain of subcontractors — engineering, fabrication, supply and erection all sit under the same roof. What that changes for a client is time. A conventional RCC structure is a sequence of dependencies: design, then civil, then structure, then envelope. A pre-engineered building compresses that. Design and fabrication run in parallel with foundation work, components arrive cut, punched and marked for their exact position, and a shed that would have taken a year goes up in a season.

That sounds simple, and it is the hardest thing in this industry to do consistently. It means holding design, fabrication, supply and erection inside one company so that no part of the programme waits on a decision nobody owns.
